Supervisor/Management Positions

We are looking for experienced aquatics professionals to join our team as County Supervisors, Pool Managers, and Assistant Pool Managers.

We are looking for experienced aquatic professionals to join our team. Open supervisor positions include:

  • County Supervisor
    • Year round
    • Full-time hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day
    • Part-time hours during the Fall, Winter, & Spring, with the potential for increase based on demand
  • Pool Manager & Assistant Pool Manager
    • Full-time
    • Seasonal (summer), Memorial Day – Labor Day

Pay Rates are based on experience, certifications, and clientele.


Need to update your certifications? Check out our Red Cross Certification Courses. We have on-going classes so you can learn the skills required to work in the industry.



  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current and valid ARC or equivalent certification including but not limited to: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Current LGIT Lifeguard Instructor Trainer Certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • 3+ year(s) lifeguard experience required
  • 1+ years lifeguard experience in a leadership role required
  • Enrolled into the American Red Cross Lifeguard Manager Certification Course within 30 days of Hire.
  • Enrolled in an AFO or CPO course within 30 days of Hire.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment verbal, swim, and in-water skills tests


Hours & Pay

  • Pay dependant upon location & certifications.
  • 30-40 hours weekly
  • Weekends and holidays
  • Flexible schedule required
