We are now hiring CPR Instructor and CPR Instructor Trainers in various locations for public classes and workplace training classes. High paying, flexible and room to grow.

The Swimming Swan is excited to begin hiring for the 2024 Seasons! 

We are dedicated to ensuring that we provide the highest quality services to our community, which is why we’re offering 50% Reimbursal  of your certification & certification review courses for all of our staff at the end of the Season (Labor Day 2023). This includes CPR Instructors working onsite and for private clients. All are required to maintain their skills by participating in, at minimum, monthly in-services and recertification courses as needed.

 

Employment is contingent upon successful passing of a background/reference check and drug screening. Pay Rates are based on experience, certifications, and clientele.

 

CPR Instructors

As a CPR Instructor your role includes:

 

  • Teaching American Red Cross CPR Courses for the general public and workplaces when requests come in to the office. 
  • You will be responsible for making sure you visually see each student perform CPR/First Aid and AED to the Standards of the American Red Cross and SwanCPR. 
  • Participate in In service trainings
  • Maintain the utmost professionalism, training and Red Cross standards.

General Qualifications

 

  • Must be a minimum of 19 years of age with a High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.You must be familiar with the Red Cross learning center, and how to access course records and rosters. 
  • Current and valid ARC CPR Instructor Certification. 
  • Pre Requisite Student CPR Certification. 
  • If you have an LGI Certification you can bridge to be a CPR I. There will be some in classroom training by a senior CPR instructor while you bridge to be a CPR I. 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment paperwork. 
  • Ability to work weekdays or weekends. We have different needs in different areas of the USA. 

 

CPR Instructor Trainers:

As a CPR Instructor Trainer your role includes:

 

  • Training CPR Instructors in Various Locations for SwanCPR. This includes workplaces that want their own CPR Instructors, Businesses, and the general public. 
  • Help us maintain Quality Assurance with our current CPR instructors
  • Participate in In service trainings
  • Maintain the utmost professionalism, training and Red Cross standards.

General Qualifications

 

  • Must be a minimum of 19 years of age with a High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • You must have at least 1yr CPR Instructor Trainer experience in the classroom. You must be familiar with the Red Cross learning center, and how to access course records and rosters. 
  • Current and valid ARC CPR Instructor Trainer  Certification. 
  • Current and Valid ARC CPR Instructor Certification
  • Pre Requisite Student CPR Certification. 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment paperwork. 
  • Ability to work weekdays or weekends. We have different needs in different areas of the USA. 
  • Ability to Travel and Train in different states for us. Travel costs will be covered.
