Daycare/Preschool Partnership Agreement

As part of this agreement, the above-mentioned parties agree to the following:

1. 25 minute water-based classes and 5 minutes of dry-land based classes with a maximum of 4 swimmers per class.

2. Minimum of 12 swimmers or a 90 minute lesson (3 classes).

3. 2 week sessions M-TH, 8 classes per session.

4. $64 flat hourly rate or $8 per swimmer.

5. One included make-up lesson given on the last Friday of each session. 60 minutes maximum.

6. No Registration Fees.

7. Free T-shirts for each swimmer.

8. Our team provides all equipment.

9. Online Registration for each swimmer through our system which includes our e-liability waiver.

10. Payments can either be through our online system or we can bill the school directly.

11. Payment for each session is due one week prior to the Start of Lessons.

12. $200 Deposit needed 1 week prior to the start of the first session. This will be deducted from the first session’s bill.

13. One representative from the school whom is CPR certified must be present during all lessons to keep watch OR we can include a lifeguard for an additional $25 per hour to keep watch.

14. Liability Insurance Coverage Provided.
