All Aqua Fitness classes can be tailored according to your specific needs. We can help you work on coordination, balance, flexibility, muscle strength, building endurance and high-intensity exercises.
Our Aqua fitness instructors all have a minimum of 3 years experience and are all: ASFA (Water Aerobics Instructor Certification), AEA (Water Fitness Professional Certification), or AFPA (Aquatic Fitness Instructor Certification) certified.
What to Expect
60 minute class which begins with light stretching
Fun, full-body low-impact exercise
Music and Equipment will be used in the class
Private or Group Instruction depending on the course you are registering for
